Rigaud (74'28N, 74'18W) is a small town between Montreal & Ottawa accessible by highway 40(QC)/417(ON). The town was named after Pierre François de Rigaud, Marquis de Vaudreuil-Cavagnal, the last governor of New France. Back in the 70's, it was a nice place for railfans with his wye & 4 tracks wide.
Railway activities stopped on June 30th 2010, when AMT and the Town of Rigaud didn't reached an agreement for operations costs.
