Founded in 1995, West Coast Express is operating one line with 8 stations, from Mission to downtown Vancouver (Waterfront station). Power is provided by 5 GMD F59PHI originally received in 1995 and 1 MP36PH ordered later and received in 2006.

In September 1995, #901 were doing test runs on the CP Cascade sub, pulling Toronto's GO cars. Train just wyed at MaCaulay and were going back and forth to Mission and Port Coquitlam.
